NYC VBA MIDDLE SCHOOL TRAINING REGISTRATION

The NYC VBA Middle School Volleyball training program offers a fun and engaging experience for young athletes interested in learning the fundamentals of volleyball!

We ensure a 12 athletes to 1 NYC VBA Coach ratio per court, to ensure personalized attention.  The spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

During the NYC VBA MS sessions, athletes will have the opportunity to learn and apply the fundamentals of primary volleyball skills like passing, serving, attacking,  individual defense, footwork patterns, and basic tactics in a positive and competitive environment. They will compete against other athletes in various games designed to focus on the skills worked that day.

Each session will be taught by VBA coaches who adhere to the VBA curriculum, guaranteeing a high-quality learning experience.  We will incorporate lesson plans from our NYC VBA Smashball Academy, which is an innovative volleyball teaching technique for young athletes utilizing lower nets and the ability for the ball to "bounce" before contact.  The NYC VBA MS Volleyball training program is not just about improving skills but also about enjoying the spirit of competition and teamwork.
